Tax Advantage Personnel was founded in 2000 to work exclusively in recruiting tax professionals from senior staff to the executive level. Our agency was formed because we found that the majority of recruiters in the financial recruiting profession had no real understanding of what tax professionals did or how to identify outstanding professionals. Founded in Tennessee, Tax Advantage Personnel began recruiting and placing tax professionals’ throughout the Southeast. Since that time we have expanded Nationwide and into Canada.

Tax Advantage Personnel utilizes a network of virtual recruiting professionals with a specialty in tax. We are able to quickly identify quality professionals that meet our client’s needs because of our increasing network of contacts in the tax field.

Working in a fully integrated team environment, Tax Advantage Personnel’s objective is to help clients identify and bring in-house the type of financial professionals they need. When recruiting we focus on matching the position with our candidates career goals. We seek a mutually beneficial relationship for the client and the candidate.
